If you need to upload *.txt files to dokuwiki… you are (first of all) not allowed (!? why? Viruses in *.txt files? COOL!).

you have to either manually edit this *bloody* file:

conf/mime.conf

https://www.dokuwiki.org/mime

if you don’t want to ssh-vim this file or can not.

1. make a backup (snapshot in virtualized environment)

2. install a plugin called “confmanager” by  Dominik Eckelmann, Julian Heise With a Popularity of only: 0.64%
