You have the right to object to Meta using your public information from Meta Products, as well as your interactions with AI on Meta features, to develop and further improve generative AI models for AI on Meta.

Submit this form to exercise your rights in this regard.

“AI on Meta” refers to all of our features and experiences that use generative AI, such as Meta AI and AI Creative Tools, and the models that power them.

Many of these models are available through an open platform to support researchers, developers, and other community members.

Public information in our products includes, but is not limited to, public
– posts
– photos and their captions
– comments

We do not use the content of your private messages to friends and family to train our AIs unless you or someone else in the chat intentionally shares those messages with our AIs.

If you opt out, we will confirm via email that we will not use your public information from Meta Products or your interactions with AI at Meta features for the future development and improvement of generative AI models for AI at Meta.

Your opt-out applies equally to all accounts in the same account overview as the account you logged into to submit this form.

You must submit a separate form for each additional account you own that is not in the same account overview as this account.

You can find more information about the account overview in the Help section.

We may still process information about you to develop and further improve AI at Meta, even if you opt out or don’t use our products at all.

For example, this could happen if you or your information:
– Is part of an image shared publicly on our products by a user
– Is mentioned in public posts or captions shared by another person on our products
